Many of the centers also have staff on site who can help people apply for government food assistance and other public aid. MINISTRIES OF THE GRACE PLACE
The Grace Place Ministries exists to share the gospel with our neighbors in need by providing food, clothing, and other resources, along with encouragement and counseling.
During normal operating times the Ministry Center is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-1pm. Neighbors are seen by appointment only. To make an appointment call 519-5402 and leave a message. Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Classes and events are held throughout the year and announced here and on social media.
What We Do
The Grace Place is organized to share the grace of Jesus Christ by providing food, clothing, and various resources to our neighbors in need.
Simply stated, we gather resources to give them away for the glory of God and the good of others.
Flagler County School District
The FCSD provides space for much of thefood pantry storage and operations. They impact a majority of our needy service recipients through this generous space allocation.
Further, we operate our Backpack Program through our schools making sure that some of our most needy and vulnerable children will have good and nutritious food to eat when they are away from the school over the weekend.

What Is The Samaritan Center
The Samaritan Center is a Christian organization offering emergency assistance with food for those in our community who are in need.
Limited assistance for utilities, rent/mortgage, transportation, & medicines may be provided in some circumstances.
It is our hope that with Gods grace we may be able to assist those people in need on their path back to self-sufficiency.
The Samaritan Center is in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank which serves South Louisiana, who is a member of Feeding America.

Christmas & New Year Holiday Hours
The Samaritan Center Office, Food Bank & Grans Attic Thrift Shoppe will be closed Monday, Dec. 19 through Monday, Jan. 2, 2023. We will re-open on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023.Rest assured, we do have systems in place to help families who are in need of assistance during that time.We do ask that all donations, food and thrift store items, be held until Jan. 3, as they will be damaged sitting outside in the weather. Please find another non-profit resource to bring your donations.Please understand. The reason we close during the holidays is because we rely heavily on volunteers and they need to spend time with their families & friends , and many of us are involved in additional community, church and feeding events.We wish everyone a Very Blessed Christmas and New Year.
