Almost Everyone is welcoming and encouraging and nice. Great environment overall. Enjoyed coming to work everyday. If I could return I would. Never a dull day.
I love working here it was fun great experience , I got to meet different organization . On the holiday I enjoy the giving away presents to different churches n family . I learn a lot from the good bank
Executive leadership at this organization is difficult to support. Directors are micro-managed and not respected. Employees are dedicated and mission driven, but overall staff is not valued by executive leadership.
Difficult day to day workload, but you’ll meet some wonderful people at every level of the organization. The organization structure is changing, so maybe one day it will be easier on the employees
it was easy job to do but they never gave hours for you too make sure you have money to pay bills. I had 8 hours one week and 20 the next I wouldn’t recommend.
