Manco And Manco Pizza
For pure nostalgia purposes this is the winner. Cant make it to the shore on the weekend? Let the Phillies bring the shore to you! If you close your eyes you can almost get the feeling of being attacked by seagulls.
If you see Jamie at the ballpark make sure to buy him an IPA and one of these items.
New At Citizens Bank Park For 2022
There are a handful of new watering holes and dining destinations in Citizens Bank Park, all intended to quench your thirst and fill you up while you take in the game. Heres whats new this season:
- Manco & Manco Pizza: If youve been down the shore, you know how popular Manco & Mancos pizza is in Ocean City. People line up at lunch to bring the thin pies to the beach. Ashburn Alley is lucky to add one of its own, where the local favorite will be serving plain, pepperoni, and one special pie closer to home. Ashburn Alley
- Colbies Southern Kissed Chicken: With former Phillies slugger Ryan Howard as part owner, Colbies Southern Kissed Chicken is bound to be a hit . Southern-style chicken sandwiches are on the menu, with a special Ryan Howard tribute called The Big Piece, after Howards nickname: a sweet Hawaiian bun, garlic aioli, pickles, American cheese, and bacon, lettuce, and tomato to finish it off. Behind Section 120.
- KLYR Rum: All around the park, Phillies fans can get their hands on the locally-distilled KLYR Rum, where the pitch is no sugar and is a great option for ballpark cocktails. Served in locations around the park.
Popular Matches Against The Philadelphia Phillies
When the Philadelphia Phillies are a good team, you can expect their fans to pack the venue for every baseball game. However, some matches tend to bring more fan interest than others. Expect the stadium to be near capacity when the New York Mets, Los Angeles Dodgers, and New York Yankees visit.
Fans looking to save money on baseball tickets should consider going to a weekday game. The cheapest weekday games against the Phillies occur when the Colorado Rockies, Cincinati Reds, and Pittsburgh Pirates visit the venue.

1. Batting Practice Arrive early and wait for the gates to open 2 hours before the first pitch. 3B and Left field are the gates that open. You can catch the end of the Phillies batting practice and then watch the visitors. This is a good time to snag a souvenir ball hit into the stands.
2. Ashburn Alley This area of the park behind the batters eyewall has the Phillies Wall of fame and replicas of their World Series trophies. This is one of the areas that open 2 hours before game time. There are concessions out here and a cool merch shop as well. But really, its just a fun place to hang out and take some cool Phillies photos.

Mcfaddens Restaurant And Saloon
Its the place to be before, during or after the game. On warm summer nights, you can pre-game with some live tunes outside on the patio deck. You can catch all the sports action on their vaulted big screens located throughout the bar. And if youre hungry, youre in luck because this Irish restaurant and bar has quite the menu. A couple of my favorites are the cheesesteak nachos and eggplant fries. If youre hungry for a full meal, try the 42nd Street New York Strip, crab cake platter or an authentic Irish dish like the Guinness Shepherds Pie.

Jamie Lynchs Citizens Bank Park New Food Power Rankings
There is nothing better than heading to the ballpark. But that statement is VERY factual when the ballpark is Citizens Bank Park. We are very lucky to have such a premier ballpark in our city. One that is always looking to improve the fan experience and give you the most bang for your buck. One of the ways they do that is they always look to improve is giving new food options.
This year the Phillies announced that they are unveiling are The burnt ends cheese steak from Bulls BBQ. Manco and Manco pizza. Wicked chicken nachos from PJ Whelihans. De-cased sausage, pepper, and onion sandwich from Pass and Stow. Peanut Butter and Bacon burger at Boardwalk Eats. Impossible Cheesesteak. Colbies Southern Kissed Chicken. And street nachos.
Our own food expert Jamie Lynch sat down and made his power rankings for the new items. Keep in mind Jamie hasnt actually eaten any of the items. We were not invited to the tasting by the Phillies and YES, we are bitter about that. But luckily for us Jamie has a super hero ability to read a description and know how the item will taste. So here are the power rankings
